So, I'll be the first to add a post.... For the last 2 months I've been busy stage managing a play. We open in just under 3 weeks and I would love for you to come and see it. Run dates are March 1-3 and March 6-10 at 8pm at the Havana Theatre (1212 Commercial Drive). Tickets are $15 in advance or $18 at the door. March 1 is a benefit for the Little Sister’s Legal Defense Fund, March 8 a benefit for the Vancouver Dyke March and March 6 a benefit for the Deaf Women’s Conference and interpreted in American Sign Language. WOMEN4WOMEN: A PLAY IN CYBERSPACE
Looking for love in all the wrong places? Ever had a cyberdate? Fallen in virtual love? Four heroines try something new, Women4Women.com, in their quests for sex and romance. Eva sees herself as the World’s Greatest Lesbian Lover, but she has become addicted to on-line pornography and one-night stands. Cole is a jaded, outspoken lesbian-feminist who, to her chagrin, is attracted to the stereotypical ‘feminine’ ideal.
